DALLAS TO ST. LOUIS
I had another fine breakfast in my hotel in Dallas, checked my bags at the front desk, and headed to the Sheraton Dallas Hotel for the World Balloon Convention.
Balloon artists from around the world create sculptures, some as high as 18 feet tall, and display them at the convention. I took a lot of photos, but I have so many favorites. It was great fun.
Later, I ate at Cindi's next door to my hotel and then went to Union Station and caught the 3:40 p.m. Amtrak train to St. Louis.
